Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to check your order’s progress at any time.
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
No account is needed, but creating one makes it easy to view past orders, save shipping details, and track current deliveries.
Enter your code at checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” field. One promo code can be applied per order.
Every order is presented in our signature box, however, if you want it to be extra special, we offer a gift box option — a glossy black outer box wrapped in a burgundy bow. Inside, the signature jewelry box; enclosed with metallic tissue paper and stuffed with festive raffia. Add this option for $6 at checkout!

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been authorized and then shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
There are three shipping options available. Please allow 1-2 days for processing prior to shipping.
ECONOMY $5 — 5-8 business days
STANDARD $7 — 3-5 business days
EXPRESS $10 — 1-2 business days

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must include the jewelry box. Original shipping fees will NOT be refunded, however, return and exchange shipping fees will be paid for. Please contact support@lauraworthingtonjewelry.com to return or exchange an item.
We are committed to providing high quality jewelry and offer a one year warranty on pendants and chains. The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear: scratches, tarnishing or fading or other damage due to improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or any modifications to the products.

This necklace features an adjustable slider bead so you can customize the length. To shorten the necklace, gently pull the chain ends evenly. To lengthen it, hold the slider bead and gently pull the chain near the pendant until it reaches your desired length. Adjust slowly and carefully for the smoothest movement.
To remove the necklace, always use the clasp rather than pulling the chain through the slider bead. The chain is intentionally made without a fixed stop so the pendant can be removed and worn on another chain if desired.
The gold pendants and chains are 925 sterling silver, plated with 14k gold.
Silver pendants and chains are 925 sterling silver, plated with s999 silver — also known as "pure" silver as it is the highest purest silver available for jewelry, at 99.9%. The final finish to this product is a protective coating.
